All content provided through The Art Room or other services is delivered digitally and intended for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes:

• AI-enhanced visuals

• Original photography

• Curated digital galleries

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly share any materials without written permission from Specter Light Studios.

2. Subscription Services

Our subscription tiers (Obscure, Veil, Noir) are billed monthly. A one-time setup fee is required to initiate your access. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Be billed on a recurring basis via Stripe

• Maintain your access credentials confidentially

• Respect the boundaries and messaging limits of your chosen tier

We reserve the right to pause or terminate access if misuse or boundary violations occur.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our content, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once content is delivered or gallery access is granted. Please review our Pricing and Licensing policies before purchase.

4. Communication & Conduct

Subscribers are expected to engage respectfully. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or boundary pushing will result in immediate termination of access with no refund. All communication via secure messaging apps must remain within the time parameters of your tier.

5. Licensing & Ownership

All visuals remain the intellectual property of Specter Light Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use, brand usage, or redistribution requires a separate licensing agreement.

6. Site Access & Availability

We reserve the right to update, pause, or discontinue portions of the site or service at any time. Notification will be provided in the event of significant service changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Specter Light Studios operates.
